We are streamlining our swap approval workflow to make it more secure and reliable. Effective immediately, all swap requests will now be approved via secure email links only. We are retiring WhatsApp-based approvals to enhance auditability and reduce security risks.

Email-Only Swap Approvals

  • When you initiate a swap, you will receive an email with a unique confirmation link.
  • Click the link within 24 hours to approve and complete your swap.

WhatsApp Approvals Removed

  • WhatsApp-based approval requests are now discontinued.
  • This change helps us maintain a clear, tamper-proof record of approvals and enhances overall security.

What You Need to Do

  • Ensure the email address on your QBig account is up to date.
  • Watch for approval emails when you make a swap, and click the link promptly.
